XR-800 copper wire antirust oil is a unique formula jointly developed by Xiangrun lubricating oil and well-known universities in China. It is non-toxic, environmentally friendly and soluble in water. It is widely used in copper and copper alloy industry, such as copper wire factory annealing process for copper wire, copper wire, copper clad aluminum, copper clad steel, bare copper flat wire and electromagnetic wire. For example, in the continuous annealing process of copper wire in cable factory, adding XR-800 copper wire antirust oil to cooling water can produce a thin and uniform transparent film without peeling off on the metal surface, which makes copper and copper alloy have good anti discoloration and anti oxidation ability.

4、 Product application
XR-800 copper wire antirust oil is suitable for copper wire factory and continuous annealing process. Dilute with deionized water (if tap water is used, pretreatment is recommended). The concentration of 1:800 is recommended, and it can also be adjusted according to different processes
