The surface of finished tin plating line is bright and smooth, which is helpful for the next processing. In the production process of tinned copper wire, tinned copper-clad aluminum wire, tinned copper-clad steel wire and tinned stranded wire, proper amount of inverted shaft oil can reduce tin powder, friction and broken wire, and the appearance of copper wire is bright.

3、 Product application
After the hot-dip tinned copper wire is discharged from the tin furnace and before it is put into the glue shaft, the oil can be absorbed to protect the film and isolate the oxide layer
The guide shaft liquid should be added to the felt for adsorption and wrapped with white button cloth. The white button cloth should be slightly wetted and the tin plated copper wire should not be too greasy
And the tin thread can be effectively removed when the wire is broken
The wool felt should be placed behind the index drum to prevent slipping with oil
