Internal inspection standard for Copper drawing oil Xiangrun lubricating oil
In order to ensure the quality stability of our products, Yuyao Xiangrun Electric Co., Ltd. specially compiles the internal testing standard of Copper drawing oil for testing the Copper drawing oil produced in each batch. The inspection items of this standard include the appearance of crude oil, pH value of 5% emulsion, stability of 5% emulsion and defoaming property of 5% emulsion.
1、 Appearance of crude oil
The company's Copper drawing oil is divided into copper micro drawing oil, copper small drawing oil, copper large and medium drawing oil, rolling mill emulsion and high-speed drawing oil according to the specifications of Copper drawing wire rod. Through visual observation of the appearance of the original liquid, the transparent and clear appearance of the original liquid is qualified oil. Refer to table 1 for the color of various types of drawing oil stock solution.

2、 Determination of pH value of 5% emulsion
For pH measurement, the sample of drawing oil shall be added with soft water as required to determine its pH value. A 250ml beaker, a 100ml plug measuring cylinder, 200ml, soft water and ph4-10 wide-ranging test paper shall be prepared. The determination steps are as follows:
1. Weigh 5g of the sample into the plug measuring cylinder, and weigh to 0.1g;
2. Add the soft water in the beaker into the stopper measuring cylinder to 100ml, cover tightly and shake well for 1 minute;
3. Immerse a piece of ph1-14 test paper in 5% emulsion, and compare the test paper with the standard colorimetric plate to obtain the pH value of 5% emulsion.
The pH value of 5% emulsion is 7.5-8.5, and the pH value of the oil is qualified; if the pH value is not within the qualified range, the oil is unqualified.
3、 Determination of the stability of 5% emulsion
For stability measurement, the sample of drawing oil shall be mixed with water, and the emulsion stability shall be observed after shaking and standing. A 100ml plug measuring cylinder and 200ml soft water shall be prepared. The determination steps are as follows:
1. Weigh 5g of the sample into the plug measuring cylinder, and weigh to 0.1;
2. Add 20 ~ 30 ℃ soft water to the stopper cylinder to 50ml mark, and shake the sample and soft water in the stopper cylinder;
3. Add 20 ~ 30 ℃ soft water to the stopper measuring cylinder to 100 ml mark, close the cover and shake vigorously for about 1 minute;
4. Allow 5% emulsion to stand for 1 hour, and observe the precipitation ratio and volume of oil soap.
If 5% emulsified liquid is separated into brownish yellow transparent liquid in the upper layer, the stability of the oil is unqualified; if soap is separated from the upper layer and there is fatty substance in the upper layer, but its volume is not more than 1ml, the stability of the oil is qualified.
4、 Determination of antifoaming property of 5% emulsion
The defoaming performance should be measured after mixing the sample with water. After heating and intense vibration, the emulsion foam prepared by drawing oil can be eliminated. It is necessary to prepare 100mL with 1 stopper cylinders, 1 constant temperature water bath pots and 100ML soft water. The determination steps are as follows:
1. Weigh 5g of the sample into the plug measuring cylinder, and weigh to 0.1;
2. Add 20 ~ 30 ℃ soft water to the stopper cylinder to 50ml mark, and shake the sample and soft water in the stopper cylinder;
3. Put the prepared 5% emulsion in a constant temperature water bath at 50-52 ℃ for 15 minutes;
4. Immediately vibrate up and down for 30 seconds (the shaking distance is about 30 cm, and the shaking speed is about 100-120 times / min);
5. after shaking, the 5% emulsion is placed for 5 minutes at room temperature, and the foam on the upper surface of the liquid layer is observed.
If the foam is not or less, the oil defoaming performance is qualified; if the foam is more, the oil defoaming performance is not qualified.
When one item (including one item) of the inspection result is unqualified, the sample shall be taken again for inspection. If the inspection fails to meet the standard for many times, the batch of products shall be determined as unqualified. This standard is only applicable to the internal quality control of drawing oil produced by Xiangrun lubricating oil, for reference only.
